An issue I would like to be brought up for feedback is in regard to these big syndicator's of horses.
What happens in a situation where you have persevered for 2 years with a horse having the trainer and the syndication manager telling you the horse has a lot of abili see more The continue to make decisions to spend money with Vets and Universities to do tests and attempt to find out what is wrong with the horse, and the owners have no say in this. I have advised both the syndicate director and the trainer that I can no longer afford to continue to pay for their decisions with this horse and have tried to give away my share of the horse, with no response from either the trainer or the syndicate director.
So I find myself in a position that I can no longer afford to pay for these decisions and ongoing costs but also cannot give my share away. This can send me to the wall and I am trying to make the correct financial decision in regard to this situation. The Syndicate agreement says each owner is responsible for their share of the horse until transferred.
What happens now. I can't give away my share and I am being charged for fees and costs I do not want to continue to accrue. Have you heard of this before. Guest Hi Steve, enjoy your show.
